Our introductory courses are geared towards students, translators, or professionals from other fields who wish to enter the interpreting industry, or to novice interpreters who want to prepare for their first events in the booth. We also offer more specialized courses for experienced interpreters who want to delve deeper into techniques, tools, or topics related to interpreting in specific contexts.

Is prior interpreting experience required?

It depends on the focus of each training course. Some are designed for people with prior experience, while others can also be useful for those just starting out. In each case, we specify the recommended level.

Are the training sessions online or in person?

We primarily offer online training to facilitate access from different countries and time zones. However, we do conduct some in-person workshops in Montevideo, Uruguay, if there is sufficient interest.

Do they provide certificates of participation?
